No Power |
- Make sure the power cord is connected.
- Make sure the power switch is on.

No video signal |
1、 Have selected the broadcast program: |
- Check the cable
- Try to press TV/RADIO key of the remote controller
|
2、 Picture is disappear suddenly (LED Display is normal) |
- Video output cable is loose.
- Signal is not transmited from satellite.

3、No signal |
- Check if the antenna is installed rightly,or the connection between the antenna and receiver is ok or not.

4、Invalid tuner parameter setting: |
- Please correct the tunner parameter setting in the INSTALLATION menu .

Picture quality is poor: |
- It is normal when whether is
poor such as heavy rain or thick cloud.
- The cable from antenna is too long or worn-out.
- Check if the postion of antenna is shift.

Require to input pin code: |
- Forget the pin code (ATTENTION:The following action will erase all the stored information.)
- Press CHANNEL ▼ and VOLUME ▼ at the same time,and reboot the unit(Power off and power on again),and pin code will
default to "1111"
